The HFEA launched its #WhoIsMyDonor campaign on the 19 September, aiming to raise awareness of egg, sperm and embryo donation and how people affected can apply for information from the HFEA.
It also aims to encourage donors to update their contact details.
The campaign launches as the first people affected by landmark changes to UK donor anonymity law, made in 2005, become eligible to apply for their donor’s identifying information.
The British Fertility Society and the Association of Reproductive and Clinical Scientists are supporting this work. To find out more information please visit the HFEA website: Donation | HFEA
