The BFS comprises two limited companies, the British Fertility
Society Ltd and the BFS Educational Charity Ltd. The activities
of the BFS are split between the two organisations; broadly, the
BFS events are run through the British Fertility Society Ltd and
the other activities are run through the BFS Educational Charity
Ltd. The constitutions of both companies are below:
